After decades of privately writing songs, in 2018 Talena boldly stepped forward with her debut EP. Her first release was an intimate voice and acoustic guitar record that earned rave reviews from online outlets such as Ear To The Ground and When The Horn The Blows. Since then, Talena has grown artistically through playing shows, and sharing her music in front of live audiences.
Her latest release, War Line, finds her incorporating a lusher Americana soundscape into her literate indie-folk. This expanded palette of instrumentation includes ethereal pedal steel, pastoral violin flourishes, and sensitive guitar, bass, and drums interplay.
Talena’s latest work recalls the subtle country-tinged beauty of songwriter indie artists such as Gregory Alan Isakov, Patrick Park, and John Paul White. The 5-song EP was recorded at Rye Room in Portland by studio owner and producer Matt Greco.

King Youngblood is coming to the bringing their famously cathartic yet still melodically fresh live show to Richland. With a new album, comic book in both physical and digital form and wild Marvel movie like audio book to go with it all - King Youngblood is feeding the underground faithful a powerful display of new music. Led by founder, bandleader, and guitarist, Cameron Lavi-Jones, the band has built their reputation on electrifying, take-no-prisoners performances, intentional songwriting, fearless leadership championing alternative Black artists via Jack Daniel’s–sponsored Black & Loud Fest, now expanding across the country. A commanding voice both onstage and off, Lavi-Jones has emerged as a generational voice in the fight for social justice and authenticity in art. The buzz is undeniable: across the United States and certainly at home in the Pacific Northwest, King Youngblood is receiving the torch of Seattle’s grunge and alt-rock legacy. They’re reclaiming rock’s roots with thunderous precision, focused afro-punk energy, and a live show that leaves crowds breathless. Joined by Seattle’s up and coming rock band Flur and special guests, this show promises all good things you could ever want from a proper rock and roll show.

Join Danika Rozhanika for an inspiring evening where music meets purpose. This special show is more than just a night of music — it’s a fundraiser supporting the Wishing Star Foundation, helping bring hope and joy to children facing serious illnesses.
The Wishing Star Foundation is a local nonprofit that grants wishes for children ages 3–21 facing life-threatening or terminal illnesses. But a wish is only the beginning , Wishing Star Foundation stays with families long after the wish is granted through our other programs, Beyond the Wish and After the Wish.
Through Beyond the Wish, we host monthly family events like mini golf or ice skating, offer medical travel grants to help with lodging, gas, or meals, and run a Christmas Giving Program to provide gifts for the whole family and a holiday meal. Beyond the wish creates a community of support for our families through all seasons.
Through their After the Wish program, they support families in the heartbreaking event of a wish child passing away, providing financial assistance for memorials, connections to grief resources, and opportunities for families to find moments of reprieve.
Your support helps them bring hope, joy, and community to families when they need it most.
